Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier candidates for NCA Internships, targeting individuals interested in criminal justice, law enforcement, cybercrime, national security, and investigative services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design internship opportunities that align with the organization’s objectives and provide meaningful learning experiences for interns.
Coordinate the recruitment process for internship positions, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for interns throughout their placement, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a positive and enriching experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, law enforcement, cybersecurity, public administration, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of the criminal justice system, law enforcement practices, and issues related to national security and cybercrime.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in coordinating internships, recruitment, or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential.
