Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the NCA Internship Program Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a vital part in shaping the future of law enforcement and national security through the development and management of our internship program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier candidates for NCA Internships, targeting individuals interested in criminal justice, law enforcement, cybercrime, national security, and investigative services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design internship opportunities that align with the organization’s objectives and provide meaningful learning experiences for interns.
- Coordinate the recruitment process for internship positions, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns throughout their placement, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a positive and enriching experience.
- Liaise with educational institutions, government agencies, and external partners to promote the NCA Internship Program and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor the progress of interns, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to help them develop professionally and contribute effectively to NCA’s mission.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to intern onboarding, payroll, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internship program by soliciting feedback from interns, supervisors, and other stakeholders, and implementing enhancements as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, law enforcement, cybersecurity, public administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the criminal justice system, law enforcement practices, and issues related to national security and cybercrime.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in coordinating internships, recruitment, or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential.
