We are seeking passionate, motivated, and creative individuals to join our team as Arts Council Interns. Job Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of arts programs and projects. This may include coordinating events, managing logistics, and liaising with artists and stakeholders.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on current trends, funding opportunities, and policy developments in the arts sector. Prepare reports and presentations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Marketing and Communications: Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional materials to engage diverse audiences.
- Grant Management: Assist in the administration of funding applications, including reviewing submissions, communicating with applicants, and supporting the allocation process.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence.
Job Qualifications:
- A strong passion for the arts and cultural sector.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Arts Management, Fine Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in arts administration, event planning, or marketing is desirable but not required.
