We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals for our Counter Terrorism Policing Internship. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most critical areas of law enforcement. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real-world projects that aim to safeguard the public from terrorism.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of intelligence and data to identify potential terrorist threats.
Support the development and implementation of counter-terrorism strategies and operations.
Participate in research projects focusing on emerging terrorism trends and technologies.
Collaborate with various units within CTP, including surveillance, cybercrime, and community engagement teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior officers and partner agencies.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of counter-terrorism methodologies.
Contribute to public awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Criminology, Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
UK residency and security clearance eligibility.
Passion for public safety and national security.
Previous experience or coursework in counter-terrorism, law enforcement, or intelligence analysis.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with current global terrorism issues and trends.
