Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to different departments, including admissions, marketing, and finance.
- Support teachers in the classroom, including preparation of materials and assisting with lessons.
- Help coordinate and supervise extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports events.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new school initiatives and programs.
- Participate in meetings and provide input on various projects.
- Manage and update databases, files, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Education, Business Administration, Communications, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or with administrative tasks is a plus.
