Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations of the aviation department, including scheduling and coordinating flights.

Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
Strong interest in the aviation industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of aviation operations and safety standards is a plus.
