Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Engage with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media campaigns and in-store events.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing store performance and customer engagement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in retail and a passion for toys and games.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with social media platforms.
