Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Assist in providing exceptional service to passengers, helping to resolve inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Marketing: Support the marketing team with campaigns, social media management, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.
Engineering & Maintenance: Gain insight into the technical aspects of rail operations, including maintenance schedules, safety checks, and engineering support.
Operations & Logistics: Participate in the planning and execution of train schedules, resource allocation, and on-time performance tracking.
Research & Analysis: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Community Engagement: Contribute to community outreach programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Transport Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for the rail industry and customer service excellence.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
