Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
- Undergo comprehensive leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
- Shadow and assist Army Officers in their daily duties, leading teams of up to 30 soldiers.
- Participate in sports, Adventurous Training, and military exercises to enhance skills.
Job Qualifications:
- Must hold or be predicted to gain 72 UCAS points and have 35 ALIS points.
- Aged between 17 years 10 months and 28 years old by mid-September of the training year.
- Firm place at a University/College or graduated within the last 2 years.
- Pass a basic fitness test.
