Job Responsibilities:

  • Grant Management: Assist in the administration of funding applications, including reviewing submissions, communicating with applicants, and supporting the allocation process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence.

  • A strong passion for the arts and cultural sector.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Arts Management, Fine Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in arts administration, event planning, or marketing is desirable but not required.
