Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on international political, economic, and social issues. Prepare briefing papers, reports, and summaries for senior staff.
  • Support for Diplomatic Missions: Assist in organizing events, meetings, and visits. Provide administrative and logistical support for diplomatic activities and engagements.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policy recommendations and strategies. Participate in policy discussions and provide input based on research findings.
  • Communication and Outreach: Support the FCO’s communication efforts, including drafting press releases, social media content, and other communication materials.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes data entry, filing, and scheduling.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in international affairs and commitment to public service.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
