GTR is offering a unique opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in the railway industry. Our internship program is designed to provide exposure to various facets of our operations, including engineering, operations management, customer service, marketing, finance, and more. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects that directly impact the daily functioning of the railway network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects within your assigned department.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and operational improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in customer service initiatives and gather feedback to enhance the passenger experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various aspects of GTR’s operations.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas and solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability within the railway network.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Passionate about the railway industry, eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.
