Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier candidates for NCA Internships, targeting individuals interested in criminal justice, law enforcement, cybercrime, national security, and investigative services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design internship opportunities that align with the organization’s objectives and provide meaningful learning experiences for interns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, law enforcement, cybersecurity, public administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the criminal justice system, law enforcement practices, and issues related to national security and cybercrime.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in coordinating internships, recruitment, or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential.
