Job Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A keen interest in public policy, government affairs, and socio-economic issues affecting Scotland.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research tools is desirable.
- Prior experience in research, policy analysis, or public sector internships is an asset.
